Biography

Duff Goldman is an American pastry chef, television personality, and musician. He is the executive chef of the Charm City Cakes shop in Baltimore, Maryland, which was featured in the Food Network show Ace of Cakes.

Early Start

Duff Goldman's interest in cooking began at the age of four when his mother caught him in the kitchen with a meat cleaver, watching a chef on TV. He started his first kitchen job at a bagel store at age fourteen.

Challenges Overcome

After his parents' divorce, he moved frequently. He also had a serious motorcycle accident in 2012, resulting in the loss of some of his toes.
