As a child, he was inspired by his father's work as a Muppeteer on Sesame Street, which gave him an early look behind the scenes of television and filmmaking. He began his career working on commercials and then moved into film, working on special effects for movies like Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones and The Matrix Reloaded.
